Major Duties and Responsibilities:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Intern to join our team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity for university students to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions within a dynamic work environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a results-driven mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment and Onboarding:

  • Assist in posting job openings on various platforms and screening incoming applications.
  • Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Support the onboarding process by preparing orientation materials and facilitating new hire sessions.

• Employee Relations:

  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding company policies, benefits, and procedures.
  • Participate in organizing employee engagement activities and events.

• HR Administration:

  • Maintain and update employee records in the HR Information System (HRIS).
  • Assist in processing payroll information and ensuring timely updates of employee data.
  • Prepare HR-related reports and presentations as needed.

• Training and Development:

  • Support the coordination of training sessions and workshops.
  • Assist in evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and suggest improvements.

Competencies:

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and planning abilities with keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HRIS is advantageous.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
